Notre-Dame Soybean Plant

Construction of the Notre Dame seed treating plant was completed in February and was fully operational for the spring season.  The system is completely automated and is capable of treating over 1,000 kg of seed per minute.  The site has storage for 30,000 units of soybeans.  The system has the capacity to treat seed for the neighbouring Co-op agro locations and the Co-op will be looking at options to expand that service.  Pembina Co-op also has soybean treating facilities at Minto, Baldur, St Leon and Homewood.
